I haven't tried during the day yet. Only take one at bedtime and sleep!
If I take two, makes it hard to wake up when alram goes off.

Oh my gosh, this stuff works!!!!!!!!!!! and they so nicely added another one for free when I ordered 5. good for nervousness too. We all have stress, take these!!!!!
I wasn't sure how well this would do, but since taking 1-2 pellets before bed I have been sleeping so well.
Better than melatonin.
These work great, but be ready for bed within 30 minutes of taking or you'll be working hard to keep those eyes open.
Seems to work, but I use less than directed
Suggested use is 5 pellets. The first time I used them for emotional stress during the day I felt as if I had been drugged. Then I remembered I had taken these! I am only 5 ft tall, 95 lbs. Since then I have taken only 3 or 4 pellets and results are much more as promised.
