Reviews For Organic Fruit Chews

Based on 5 Reviews

Nope

Our family has been on a journey to more natural living, especially with the things we eat. My kids have never been allowed to eat a bunch of candy, even before this, but they do really enjoy it when they get it (heck, this mommy is a die hard candy lover herself!), so it was important to me to find them a few sweets I could feel good about giving them, that would still taste good too. These fruit chews were a no. While the flavors of them were wonderful, the texture of them was not. They were very hard to start with, then when they softened in your mouth, they were too sticky-gooey rather than a chew as they state. I would say that the flavors beat starburst candies easily, but the texture just was not enjoyable. I noticed that thrive has a different brand of fruit chews, so maybe we should give those a go!

Fruit Burst

These were very yummy, with lots of flavor. However, I thought the bag would be bigger - I guess I need to look more closely at quantity / size!

Yummy!

These are a great alternative to Starbursts...which my family loves. I try really hard to avoid artificial food dyes when I can, but it's difficult to do so in most candies. These use vegetable juice! Can't beat the price either.
