I like that this detox is only 5 days. Anyone can do 5 days! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious most of these recipes are. I am continuing to use many of them. I also appreciate that I was not hungry during the diet. I did struggle at times with the extra time it took to prepare meals, but I will prep everything that I can ahead of time the next time.

Buying my second book as a gift. I love the spice blends in the recipes, I hate boring food which these are not. Question on the Thrive detox tonic pg 29, states 1 serving which is a little over 8 oz. The portion for the moving drink is 24 oz. Is the 24 oz a misprint?
I love this program! The food is good and it teaches you great combinations of food and supplements. It also inspires healthy fun eating after you are done. I will continue to make these recepies. I feel great!

Good book! I'm not a stranger to reading health/detox books, I thought this one was well written. Good for a beginner that doesn't know a lot, good for someone that has done the whole detox thing before. I have done several rounds of Whole 30 and have done Paleo (until I decided I needed that latte made with milk :0) and still got my moneys worth with the knowledge from the book and it's great recipes (and great photos for every recipe!). Yes, the recipes do take some time to cook and prepare, but it is a temporary detox - anyone can put in the effort for a few days to see some significant changes in their body (feeling great, more energy, clearer skin and perhaps shedding a few pounds!). I hope you give it a try, you won't regret it!
I tried the 5 day detox and I'm still using some of the recipes for my meals now. Very healthy and delicious menu options.

Great, tasty recipes. Takes extra time and planning, but well worth it.
The recipes are great! I was a little worried about a couple of the ones that seemed maybe overly spiced or a weird combination of spices (dill and cinnamon, really?) but they have all been wonderful! Way more flavorful and interesting than recipes from other cleanses. I also love that there is very little animal protein. My husband wants to know if there is a big cookbook with many more recipes. Let me know if you publish one! One thing I would recommend is a link to the shopping list for the items Thrive Market sells. It would have been nice to access the list without having the book with me.

I loved nearly all the recipes in this book, I even ended up trying things I didn't think I'd like and did! There is a fair amount of prep/cook time each day, but felt really good eating like this.
