Better than original
I bought these because I like something crunchy with my soup, but didn't want to add a lot of empty calories. I tried the original Wasa crackers & did not care for them at all. This sourdough version is much better - still not a Frito, but stays nice & crunchy & provides a decent amount of fiber for very few calories.
Probably more my fault than theirs but I was expecting a saltine type cracker but made with sourdough. Instead this is more like a 'Trisket' (sp?) cracker.
I like these. can't really tell they are sourdough, but for the occasional cheese and "crackers" fix on the Atkins diet, these work great.
Convenient and versatile
The WASA sourdough crispbread is a permanent staple in our household. Needs no refrigeration, great for use with many toppings or just by itself. Satisfying thickness to sink your teeth in. Give it a try with sour-cream or cream-cheese, garlic butter, or just about anything else from sweet to salty to spicy. Have it on hand in a survival kit, take it camping, it's ready and tasty when ever you want a nice, satisfying bite.
They taste great, and are filling. I usually put cheese on them, but as other reviewers say, I would expect that they would be good with any kind of topping! A nice tasty and healthy snack!

Pile on the goodies
These crispbreads are a nice size and will hold up under any topping. My favorite is tuna or chicken salad with fresh dill (or chopped dill pickle) and roasted caraway seeds to bring out the rye flavor. I use the avocado mayo sold here at Thrive. Really delicious combination.
Airy and Crisp
I use these for things like tahini or avocado and sprouts, tomatoes etc. Even with a generous splash of lime juice, they still maintain their structure and can be picked up like an open faced toast. Not at all dense. Won't get soggy after 2 minutes. Completely light and airy, but crisp and crunchy enough to satisfy that desire.
Hummus best friend
I really like this crispbread with hummus. My favorite is garlic hummus. These crackers are great for that. Add a little cheese for more depth and the snack is complete. Hummus and this crispbread go together like peanut butter and jelly!

This crispbread tastes amazing with cheese, hummus, dips, and ranch dressing. I absolutely love them! They are also filling so I am held over for a little while after eating these.
