If cookies are on your list of favorite indulgences, here’s a fun new way to eat them! We start by blending Enjoy Life Snickerdoodle Soft Baked Cookies with a medley of comforting spices like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. A bit of neutral oil brings the butter together, and thanks to the powerful motor of a food processor, you’ll only have to wait a couple of minutes to satisfy your cravings. Spread the butter on toast or a bagel, or use it as a dip for apple slices. All Enjoy Life’s products are free from the eight most common allergens—wheat/gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, and shellfish—so it’s a great (and safe) snack for anyone with food sensitivities, too!
Place all cookies into a food processor. Process for 10 to 15 seconds, until cookies are crumbly. Add the powdered sugar, tapioca flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Process until ground, about 1 minute. While the motor is running, pour oil in processor until the mixture is smooth, about another minute, scraping down the sides, if needed. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
