Want to make travel feel a bit more seamless this summer? Once you book that dream beach vacation or remote cabin getaway, we can help you stock the kitchen in a way that works for your entire crew. Instead of tracking down a grocery store after a long drive to your destination, let Thrive Market do the heavy lifting with a grocery haul delivered straight to your door — whether that means getting it delivered to your own house before hitting the road, or shipped straight to your final destination.
Here are some smart travel hacks and shopping tips for putting your Thrive Market membership to good use on all your upcoming summer getaways.
How to Change Your Thrive Market Shipping Address
While you can always have your groceries delivered to your own home to take with you on your journey, it may be even more convenient to have them delivered to your vacation rental. Here’s how to temporarily change your address to do just that:
- Log in to your Thrive Market account.
- Hover over the person icon in the top right corner of the Thrive Market homepage, then select ‘Account Information’ from the drop-down menu.
- In the ‘Shipping’ section, you should see your default shipping address (likely your home address). Click the down arrow and select the ‘Add a new address’ button at the bottom of the box.
- Add the address of your vacation rental and select ‘Save’.
- When you place your order, click the pencil icon next to the ‘Shipping’ section at checkout. Instead of selecting your default shipping address, select the new vacation address you just added.
That’s it! Vacation groceries, ready and waiting when you arrive.
Thrive Market Vacation Shopping Lists for Different Types of Summer Travel
It can be tricky to pack groceries for a group, but we’re here to make it a bit easier. Here are a few essentials you’ll want to add to your Thrive Market order to make your travel all the more enjoyable — no matter where you’re headed this summer.
Heading to the Beach

- SPF. We like broad-spectrum mineral sunscreens formulated with reef-safe ingredients.
- Bug spray. Enjoy your day at the beach even more with a natural bug repellant that keeps flies and mosquitos at bay.
- Aloe. Overdo it in the sun? After-sun lotions formulated with aloe will help soothe sunburnt skin.
- Snacks. For a day at the beach, you don’t want bulky foods with complicated cleanup. Instead, pack things like healthier crunchy snacks, satisfying bites, grab-and-go snack bars, dried fruits, and better-for-you candies.
- Cold drinks. Load up your cooler with refreshing and hydrating beverages like Sanzo sparkling water or Poppi’s probiotic sips.

Exploring a New City
- Travel-friendly snacks. Things like trail mix, nuts, dried fruit, and jerky are great for energy on the go.
- TSA-sized personal care items. Don’t risk having your toiletries tossed by TSA; instead, stock up on package-free bars and personal care concentrates.
- Hand sanitizer. Stay healthy in new environments with hand sanitizers made with natural ingredients.
- Reusable water bottle. Stay hydrated while avoiding single-use plastics with a water bottle you can refill throughout your trip.
A Family-Friendly Theme Park Outing
- Kid snacks. Keep little ones happy with kid-friendly snacks like applesauce, meat sticks, and healthier snack packs.
- Adult snacks. The kids aren’t the only ones who will need energy throughout the day; pack protein-rich nuts, fruit bars, and fiber crackers for fuel between meals.
- Sunscreen. Pack a natural mineral sunscreen formulated just for kids’ sensitive skin.
- First aid supplies. Things like band aids, itch relief balm, healing wound salve just may come in handy during an active day at an amusement park.

Renting a Lake House

- Meat and seafood. The best part about sharing a vacation house is grilling meals for the whole group. Stock up on sustainably sourced burgers, chicken, shrimp, plant-based proteins, or complete meat and seafood bundles to cook on the grill.
- Cooking oils. Don’t forget the high-heat cooking oils like avocado oil or coconut oil.
- Condiments and seasonings. Top your burgers with ketchup, your hot dogs with mustard, and bring along some vegan mayo for non-meat-eaters in the group. You may also need spices, dry rubs, and marinades (like our No-Soy Teriyaki) for other types of meat and seafood.
- Hot dog and hamburger buns. Complete the meal with buns for even your gluten-free and keto guests.

A Camping Getaway
- Insect repellent. Light a citronella candle or incense to keep bugs away from your campsite.
- Stasher bags. Keep snacks, toiletries, other supplies corralled with these handy bags.
- Castille soap. Wash your body, hands, hair, and even dishes with this all-purpose soap.
- Instant coffee. There’s nothing better than waking up while camping to a hot cup of coffee. Upgrade your instant coffee game with Thrive Market’s organic, ethically sourced options.
- Wipes. You can’t always shower while camping, so stay fresh with eco-conscious wipes for face and body.
- Handy snacks. If you’re hiking to your campsite, pack easy-to-grab snacks like nut butter pouches, meat sticks, and protein-packed bars.
