Chile Lime Safe Catch Tuna Salad

Yield: 2 servings

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 (5-ounce) can Safe Catch Chile Lime Elite Wild Tuna
¼ cup diced jicama
¼ cup diced mango
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
½ serrano pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 ripe avocados

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, break up tuna with a fork. Add jicama, mango, red onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until incorporated, then fold in mayonnaise. To serve, slice avocados in half and remove the pits. Keep the flesh in tact, then divide tuna evenly, spooning a mound into each avocado half.

Habanero Mint Tuna Salad

Yield: 2 servings
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 (5-ounce) can Safe Catch Habanero Mint Elite Wild Tuna
5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 green onions, finely chopped
5 leaves basil, julienne
3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 head butter lettuce, leaves removed

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, break up tuna with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients except mayonnaise and butter lettuce. Stir until incorporated, then fold in mayonnaise. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on plates and spoon in the tuna mixture.

Tandoori Tuna Salad

Yield: 2 servings
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 (5-ounce) can Safe Catch Tandoori Elite Wild Tuna
3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons golden raisins, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Pita chips, for serving

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, break up tuna with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients except mayonnaise and pita chips. Stir until incorporated, then fold in mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with pita chips on the side.
