Blueberry Watermelon Collagen Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie harnesses the free-radical fighting power of blueberries and the high lycopene content of watermelon. 1 cup cut watermelon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon collagen
Juice of 1/2 a lime
A few mint leaves

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully blended. Serve with a sprig of mint if desired.
