Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Off heat, add tea bag and lavender; steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and strain lavender; pour into a large mug.
Add hot milk, sweetener, and MCT oil to a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until frothy. Slowly pour over the tea, and finish with a dollop of extra foam from the blender.
