London Fog Latte Recipe

Hop across the pond to London with our warm latte inspired by the vibrant (yet foggy) city. Use any milk you like, plus Earl Grey tea, lavender, and—for an energy boost—MCT oil. It’s the perfect afternoon sip!

London Fog Latte

1 cup water
1 bag Thrive Market Fair Trade Organic Earl Grey Tea
½ teaspoon dried lavender
1 cup hot milk, your choice
1 tablespoon Swerve granular sweetener
1 teaspoon Thrive Market Organic MCT Oil


Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Off heat, add tea bag and lavender; steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and strain lavender; pour into a large mug.

Add hot milk, sweetener, and MCT oil to a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until frothy. Slowly pour over the tea, and finish with a dollop of extra foam from the blender.
