I had a Chia Pet as a kid (Bart Simpson, if you must know) so when I started hearing hype about Chia seeds, I was a bit confused. How could those little seeds be good for me?

Turns out, REALLY good for me! I've started adding these to my lunch break shake every day, and I can tell just after two weeks that my fiber intake is much better. They also have a lot of protein, and I'm finding that my shake is more satisfying than before! I'd recommend these to anyone looking to add a little "oomph" to their diet!

Amazing little seeds!

I love chia seeds; I put them in my food whenever I can, which is pretty often because they are super versatile. I mostly use them in my shakes, but I'll put some in my water just for an added boost (sidenote: cold water and chia seeds are the #1 absolute best hangover cure I've ever used to date!). But you can add them to granola, rice krispies, chocolate bark, other beverages. Ground up or blended they make a great pudding if you add a milk of your choice. These are organic and full of omegas. I stock up here because it's upwards of 7 bucks a bag elsewhere for the same quantity.
