Why You’ll Love It

Sweet-scented and nutrient-rich, the Nubian Heritage Coconut & Papaya Collection pays homage to the bounty of natural tropical ingredients. The coconut palm has touched all aspects of daily life for millions of tropical communities. Since the 1st Century B.C., the coconut tree has provided shelter, transportation and, more importantly, food. Coconut Oil, high in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, is an excellent skin softener and protector. Papaya contains papain, a naturally occurring enzyme, used for centuries to gently dissolve dead skin cells, loosen pore blockage and stimulate circulation.

About This Brand

Started by street vendors in Harlem in 1991, Nubian Heritage rose from humble beginnings to bring culturally authentic healing traditions from ancient Nubia to the modern world. Nubian Heritage draws its inspiration from Ancient Nubia, which was once a center of cultural trade — a place where goods, ideas, and customs from across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean came together, influenced each other, and then spread across the world. The company brings new life to traditional healing practices, cultural wisdom and indigenous ingredients, resulting in ancient takes on modern solutions for skin and hair. Nubian Heritage continuously develops new products and remedies, and plans to create more in the future. Although, what will never change are how their products are made and the values they carry. All products by Nubian Heritage are: Cruelty Free Fair Trade Recyclable No Antibiotics / Synthetic Hormones Paraben Free Salt Free Soy...

Favorite Body Wash

Absolutely love this brand and line of products. This is my favorite body wash by Nubian Heritage with their Lavender & Wildflowers body wash coming in a close second. Coconut & Papaya combination does wonders to my skin. It smells wonderful, pure ingredients, and a little goes a long way! Such a great value.

body wash

I love the way this body wash suds up; a little bit goes a long way and I really like the fragrance. Leaves the skin soft and silky feeling.

This very well may be my most favorite body wash, ever. It's not too sweet, not too tangy, not too perfumy. It is mildly coconuty and fruity.

- Keith

My gosh, I LOVE this stuff, it smells like pure heaven. Not too sweet, not too tangy, or perfumy. Mildly coconuty and fruity. No doubt, I will be back for more.
