At first taste, I wasn't sure I would like it. You do have to get used to the flavor from the coconut. Now, I love it and I can feel the difference when I drink these! I use them during a workout and/or when I notice that I haven't been keeping myself hydrated for the day. This will eliminate a dehydration headache very quickly and also seems to help if I am having a low blood sugar sensation.
