I love four sigmatic. This is my favorite to have in my morning coffee and adds some extra defense to my immune system. Tastes earthy obviously because it’s mushrooms. But I don’t mind it at all. If I’m feeling a little under the weather this makes a big difference.

Four Sigmatic, Chaga Mushroom Elixir Mix

I got this to try with one of my orders and I absolutely love it. I make it with oat milk and a little honey and it’s just delicious and wonderful. Unfortunately, the cost is outside of my budget for regular purchase. It is so good that I might splurge occasionally, but it will be like an annual birthday gift to myself!

I love these so much! they are a great little boost to my immune system. Whenever I start to feel a little under the weather, I start drinking these! I love the earthy taste they have.
