Loving this spice line
I am replacing all of my spices ( a couple with each order) with this Simply Organic line...great that it is organic and in glass jars...not to mention good prices! Like that the "heat" is a little softer since it is not my go to flavor...will buy again
Ginger root had medicinal benefits. I have used this ginger root on fish, beef, vegetable stir fry and in my green juice. Great taste and value.
I use it in tea along with Tumeric powder that I bought here and it's really good. It's better than what I bought at the store. This powder desolves faster and the taste is pretty good. I don't put sugar or honey on my tea so I can taste the Tumeric and ginger. I use it for cold tea not hot tea. That's all I drink all day.

I use ground ginger for multiple uses in everyday cooking and for its many health benefits. For me, ginger is an unbeatable morning sickness remedy. Ginger helps with dizziness and upset stomachs. I put a 1/3 teaspoon in a glass of white soda to calm my stomach before setting out for the day.
Adding a small amount of ground ginger in muffins stir-fries and a dash in hot coco is helpful for many ailments. And, it's delicious, too.

Love this ginger!
I add some of this to my tea every morning and it adds a nice "zing" that the tea alone isn't able to offer.
I like Simply Organic products, but I didn't think this tasted fresh enough. I use ginger for stomach troubles, of which I have a lot. I am gluten intolerant and have IBS, among other issues I have not yet been diagnosed for. I have found that ginger is the one thing that seems to work universally for my stomach troubles.

Great for the tummy
I always have some of this on hand for baking and medicinal uses. I have a few great recipes in which I use ginger and they wouldn't be the same without a high quality product like this one from Simply Organic.
As far as medicinal goes, I like to add some in a cup of tea when I am feeling under the weather or having any kind of stomach issues.

Love this stuff. I haven't gone back to non-organic since I tried this. It has a much more flavorful and potent taste that non-organic versions. I especially love the glass jar. I honestly feel like a chef every time I pull out this Ginger Root to use it.

Decent, not as strong as expected
When I buy ginger root or fresh ginger, I like it scorching hot. Now I know the intensity will vary on ginger root, but Simply Organic just wasn't up to snuff.
It's not strong enough, though the flavor's fine. I like my ginger to linger and this seemed a little bland to me.

I love using ginger root mixed with water to soothe a sore stomach. It's a natural absorber of excess acid, and it always takes away my indigestion.
It's also great on oatmeal and adds flavor to salads and to spicy rice dishes. I especially like it with my green curry, which I make Thai style, hotter the better.
So many uses
I love Simply Organic products, especially the oregano and cinnamon. The ground ginger may be the best of them all.
It's perfect for baking and for general meals. I've used it in cakes and cookies, but also in stews. It's especially good with Asian fusion dishes, because it brings out the flavors of other spices.
