Why You’ll Love Almond Nut Thins Crackers
You won’t find a company that goes nuts for almonds more than Blue Diamond. The “Almond People” not only package some of the freshest jars but also create new ways to enjoy the hearty protein source, such as these delectable, crispy crackers. Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins Crackers are the perfect guilt-free alternative made with just rice flour, almonds, potato starch, and safflower oil. They provide tons of flavor while still remaining low-fat and gluten-free, so you can snack without worry every time a craving hits.
Nutrition behind Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins Crackers
Almonds may be tiny, but they’re loaded with tons of nutrients like vitamin E, calcium, and magnesium, as well as protein and fiber.
- Vitamin E: Primarily, vitamin E functions as an antioxidant, protecting the body’s cells against serious damage from free radicals. These antioxidant properties also lead to healthy, glowing skin that counteract signs of aging. Vitamin E is also vital in the production of red blood cells, which helps the body distribute nutrients.
- Calcium: Calcium is a powerful resource for teeth and bone health by building and maintaining a strong skeletal structure. Additionally, the mineral helps to keep blood vessels healthy and flexible, which encourages normal muscle function and nerve transmission, as well as helping to balance hormones.
- Magnesium: What doesn’t magnesium do? It’s a natural mood-booster that could potentially help alleviate the symptoms of migraines and depression. This mineral is also regarded for its anti-inflammatory power, helping to prevent chronic disease, obesity, and premature aging due to inflammation.
- Protein: Protein is a macronutrient that gets broken down into amino acids, which are vital to all bodily functions. In fact, protein appears in every cell—including hair, nails, muscles, cartilage, and skin, and is often called the building block of the body.
- Fiber: Not only does a diet rich in fiber work wonders for bowel health, but it can lower cholesterol and control blood sugar levels, too. Fiber helps give that “full” feeling after eating, so it can also be useful in maintaining a healthy weight.
What to eat with Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins Crackers
These tasty little crackers are great on their own or paired with salsas, dips, cheeses, fruits, salads, and more. Here are a few of Thrive Market’s favorite ways to enjoy this healthy snack.
Who can resist the rich, buttery flavor of avocado with just a hint of pepper and some citrus? Forgo the toast in this recipe and use Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins instead. Spread out the avocado onto a number of crackers for a filling afternoon snack or a party-pleasing appetizer. This recipe is satisfying, creamy, and packs in just the right amount of crunch, and also spices things up with traditional Japanese flavors like coconut aminos, sesame seeds, and toasted nori.
Believe it or not, dairy-free cheese can taste just like the real thing—when you use the right ingredients. Vegan cheese is quick and simple to make, and the best part is, it’s customizable. Try out a different combination of herbs and spices to get just the flavor you want. Arrange on a platter with some olives, nuts, ripe fruit, and of course Nut Thins for a rich spread that you can enjoy solo or bring to a dinner party.
Almond crackers go great with any old hummus, but especially with almond hummus. Rather than use chickpeas, this creative recipe soaks and purees the nuts for a delightful new take on the dip. Olive oil, tahini, garlic, and fresh sage add in even more savory flavor. Pack some in a to-go container along with Nut Thins and vegetables for an energizing afternoon snack.
Potato salad is usually synonymous with loads of mayonnaise and unhealthy trans fats. However, this recipe calls for just enough Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise (made with healthy avocado oil) to make the dish creamy and delectable, while the purple potatoes give an exotic vibe to the picnic classic. Cut up potatoes into slightly smaller chunks to make them easier to top on crackers.
Curry powder doesn’t just have to be for Indian fare. This recipe mixes the spicy seasoning with chicken, mayonnaise, and apples for a unique twist on chicken salad. Rather than serve on toasted bread, swap in a handful of Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins Crackers instead, which provide extra crunch that plays perfectly against the sweet crispness of the apples and the tender chicken.
If you’re craving a traditional BLT sandwich but want to skip the bread, opt for this tasty salad that combines avocado, bacon, eggs, tomato, and a hearty dose of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayonnaise. Then, top onto Nut Thins for some extra crunchy texture. Even better, this recipe takes almost no time at all to whip up—just combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
It’s true what is said—Soup is good for the soul. This one in particular warms the body from the inside out with four different green vegetables (like broccoli and kale) and cleansing herbs (such as coriander and parsley) that pack in a ton of nutrients. Great for when you are under the weather or want a satisfying lunch, this soup is complete with a handful of Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins Crackers that can scrape the bowl clean.

Love these crackers
I love these crackers, and use them to dip in guacamole and hummus and to make open faced tuna salad. They are a staple in my house.
Almond Nut Thins
I loved them, but maybe too much! I am suppose to stay away from carbs, and these crackers have 29 grams a serving.

Almond Nut Thin Crackers
Good crackers. Can get cheaper at Bartells Drug.
Super alternative to white flour crackers. Will buy again.
This is a household staple so we keep it in stock. Thrive keeps the price around $1.50 less per box than my local stores so stocking up here saves us money.
Love these. Slight nutty taste with just the right amount of salt. Satisfys the desire for something crunchy.
A great product, eating alone or with a topper!
Love all of the nut thin crackers. Light & crispy. They are just right.
Great with cheese and other spreads.
Nice tasty cracker
I like these because they have no wheat or soy. I always have a box on hand and it's great to get the discounted price.

These were absolutely delicious. I will buy again. Crunchy, low calorie and yummy.
Love these tasty crackers
I like all their crackers. Since my husband and I went GF in Sept 2014, always looking for tasty GF products that are also good for us.
These, however, are so good, they are addictive!!
These are a good, gluten free alternative to the usual cracked. No strange "off" tastes and laudable crunchiness!
Perfect with everything !
Kids love 'em too!
These are such a great snack option (16 crackers for ~130 calories)! My kids (ages 5 and 10) love 'em too!
These are absolutely delicious, great for everyone even if gluten is not an issue for you.
Hard to stop with these. They are lightly flavored so are not overpowering to whatever one eats with them, or just by themselves. Great for nibble attacks.
We eat these with questions and salsa or simply by themselves. Really good.
ANOTHER ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES
absolutelly delicious, can be eaten by itself , crispy texture i will order more
Would love if they were thicker.
The taste and texture of these almond thins are just perfect! The thickness not so much, however.
These can be eaten alone or dipped into hummus or salsas. Adding toppings to them can make them break and crumble quite easily though. To my disadvantage, I enjoy them more with other ingredients on top. Not a drastic reason to completely rule these crackers out for future purchase, but I would love them more if they were more dense.

Great all around healthy cracker
Between my daughter's gluten allergy, my husband trying to lose weight, and myself trying to lower my sodium intake, it's hard to find something healthy for all of us that we all like, and these nut thins are one of the only foods we can unanimously agree on. And as much as I try to keep these well stocked in the house, we always fight over the last box. I personally love how they're light but still have a nice crunch. They've got a wonderful savory flavor with a subtle nuttiness that is just so yummy, and they aren't slathered with salt or grease like other crackers. They're great for eating with cheese or dipping in sauce. I really like mixing together some liquid aminos, some olive oil, and a little vinegar, and it makes a really light and delicious sauce that I dip the crackers in. Great tasting and great for my family!

I can't stop eating these. Really. I started eating these as a healthier alternative to the soy and MSG-ridden rice crackers I've been eating for years. I didn't expect to like these EVEN MORE! These are thin, crispy, and hold up well with all sorts of toppings and dips for how thin they are. I've even made nachos out of these!
They've got an awesome nutty flavor that complements fancy cheeses quite nicely as well. If you're going to have a party, get six of these, and you'll still run out!

Fantastic with Cheese!
I placed out on the snack table at my last family gathering and they were devoured. What I didn't do was tell anyone they were almonds!!!
They are gluten-free which is awesome for those days that I chose to eat clean. Also, they are low fat unlike some other flaky crackers. Sometimes they do fall apart when you bite into them but, this can be looked past given they are so tasty. I would buy these again anytime!
- Luz Morrison
A great snack!
I love these crackers! I discovered them a couple years ago because I saw that they were on sale. They quickly became my favorite snacks. They're great paired with cheese and wine for small gatherings and then I also like them as a tortilla chip replacement with some salsa. I love snacking so these low-fat and gluten-free crackers are the best things I could've stumbled upon.

These are so good. They kinda feel like popcorn meets a rice cake, so the texture is different from typical crackers. However, everybody in my home enjoys these.
Have a great crunch as well as taste

These Crackers are Nuts!
I would have never guessed these wonderful, crisp, nutty flavored crackers are made with actual nuts. Almonds to be exact.
Since we are a gluten-free family, I'm very careful about what I purchase. I read all the labels just in case there is any trace of wheat.
These crackers, and the other flavors, are wonderful for an anytime snack and fancy enough for a cheese platter at holiday time. And, I can purchase several boxes at a time with Thrive's lower prices. These are almost $5 a box at our grocers, and 28% discount on Thrive's website. Way to go Thrive Market!

Good for gluten free
When I had to go gluten free one of the hardest things for me to give up was my crackers. I love crackers with butter on them, crackers with summer sausage, crackers with cheese, and crackers in my soup.
When Nut Thins came out I was happy to see a GF cracker, but I wasn't sure how they would taste. now they are my favorite, and they even taste great alone!

Light and Crispy
These are so light and fluffy. They are probably the lightest cracker that I usually eat. They have a gentle salty flavor that tastes really good while also having that nice, crispy taste that makes crackers so appealing. They kinda remind me of rice crackers, honestly. I love that they have some decent protein without having a lot of fat, and of course, I love how tasty they are. Thrive always ships really securely, so I haven't had any problems with broken chips either.

Ok, but too thin
I like my crackers to have some weight, which is why these were a little disappointing. Don't get me wrong, it's a great low fat snack that you can eat guilt free.
But I like to pile stuff on my crackers and these don't really accommodate that, and kind of fall apart if you put too much stuff on them. So three stars, though they taste great.

Better than potato chips
I like Blue Diamond products, but most of them are high in sodium and fat. These crackers are different. No saturated or trans fat and low total fat.
They also cut down the sodium from their almonds, and it has no wheat or gluten or milk, perfect for those with allergies to those products. You can eat half a box in one sitting if you're not careful.
Light and Crunchy
I used to wolf down wheat thins about a box day, until I realized it was pretty much just processed food with a high salt content.
In shifting away from sodium, I came across these online, and gave them a try. Blue Diamond I know from their almonds, but these crackers were so different. Nutty flavor, light and crunchy. Great healthy snack.

Super crunchy crackers
Super crunchy crackers I love eating during snack time. Its light on the stomach and healthy! I also love pairing it with a little bit of cheese. "
- Gilbert Boyd
Probably the best thing since sliced bread! It is crispy and light and not greasy. Packed with crunch and flavor. I don't think I can ever go back to regular crackers again.
- N. Gibbs
Great gluten-free cracker
Due to a wheat allergy, I've had to ditch the unhealthy wheat and cheese-laden crackers, which is probably a good thing. These crackers are a delicious alternative! They've got a really nice nutty flavor that goes well with hummus and guac, and they're relatively low-calorie. I'll definitely keep snacking on these!
