The History of Grab Green

When the children of Grab Green co-founder Patricia Spencer were young, they often came inside from playing covered in dirt from the yard. Not only were regular detergents not cleaning their clothes thoroughly, but her daughter’s skin was reacting to the laundry soap as well. That’s when Spencer got to work concocting DIY recipes in her kitchen. By chance, she met entrepreneurs Michael and Joan Edell on the soccer field where all of their kids played. After finding common ground in their shared interest of ridding their homes of chemicals, a friendship—and business partnership—was formed.
