GREAT FOR SMALL or 1/2 SANDWICHES
I use these for my husband's lunches. If I buy the larger loaves of bread I only put a half in each bag. Otherwise, the bag top won't fold over more than once and opens = dry bread. Since he sometimes only eats half at a time, that works for us.
Good use for dry foods. Will buy again.
GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO PLASTIC
I use these for my husband's lunch sandwiches. If I use bread from a large size loaf I use a separate bag for each half so that I can fold the top a bit more. Otherwise, they work well.
Paper Snack & Sandwich Bags
Besides the health benefits, these are strong, long-lasting bags. I carry nuts, etc. in my purse with a clip on them and don't have to worry about bag breakage for a long time.

Wonder alternative to plastic!
I was looking for a plastic bag alternative and these work great!
Good snack bag
I love that these bags are environmentally friendly. They are great for use when I don't have an appropriate glass container. They are good construction and can be used multiple times for certain types of food, and I will likely buy them again.
That being said, this "sandwich" bag did not keep my sandwich fresh. The bread was pretty crispy/stale when lunchtime came around. I am surprised to see other reviews saying that sandwiches were kept fresh.
Like them very much
Very practical, natural and pleasant bags.
Will continue buying them and recommend them to everybody.
By far this are the best snack bags i have used. I love the environmental ethics that is applied to the moral creation of the bags...
I was surprised at how nice & roomy these bags are. They open up pretty wide. Glad I bought them!
My favorite bag
These bags are amazing. I can't stop using them. I use them for cookies, sandwiches, wraps, muffins or whatever it is I am taking to work that week.
They make me feel like I am doing my part to help nature. I like the price too, from Thrive Market anyway. Great discount!
Health conscious bags!
Once I discovered these I refuse to use anything else. These are the most health and earth conscious snack and sandwich bags I have found to date.
They still keep my food fresh and I don't have to worry that my plastic bags are filling up some land fill or causing harm to wildlife.
Great for Dry Foods
These are pretty amazing. I regularly will take a sandwich to work or chips or something, and these work amazingly well. I've gotten quite a few compliments when people see this in my lunch bag. I love that I can reuse these baggies for quite a few days when they hold something non-messy. However, I do like to make my own ice cubes and store them in baggies in the freezer, and these do not work so well for that. They aren't good for anything that might end up becoming liquid or anything that's wet. For all of my dry foods and snacks, though, I love these.
Not ideal for wet food
Ok, so I bought these because I'm trying to get rid of all plastic bags in my house. If you're using these strictly to hold dry food, they work great.
But if you have anything that's moist or wet that you're putting into the fridge, the bags aren't so great as they're not moisture proof. I guess they're not really made to preserve things in the fridge, wish they were, but otherwise, good natural bags that you can't use over again and then recycle when you're done with them.

Use them for lots of stuff
I really like these. They're natural and don't pollute the environment when you're done using them. I use them for sandwiches and snacks. But if you grow fruit like lemon or apples, they're great to keep them covered and away from squirrels.
Best of all, you just recycle them again when you're done, knowing you're not adding to some landfill. I'm so done with plastic baggies, they are such an evil!
Great recyclable snack bags
I got tired of using plastic bags for my kids' lunch. These are great and come from all recycled material that you can recycle again.
They keep bread fresh and they are not greasy, so there's no transfer to food. They are also absorbent, so they will also help take oil off cookies and muffins.

An Impressive Sandwich Bag!
As a stay-at-home dad, I was worried about packing the kids lunch in plastic sandwich bags. I'm always concerned about BPH and the effect it has on food and our bodies.
After joining this great online market place, Thrive, I discovered these impressive sandwich bags. We like the fact these bags have no harmful petroleum based paraffin wax. They are great for grilled cheese sandwiches, the kids favorite.

Great environmentally friendly choice
Great environmentally friendly choice for bags. They hold any kind of treat, sandwich, cookies and pastries. They have no chemicals, and are grease proof paper. I like using them because of their quality, because they don't contain petroleum and I help the environment too.
