Why You’ll Love It

At Napa Valley Naturals our artisan handcrafted Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar is an extraordinary condiment that has been aging for up to 18 years. This dark, syrupy, sweet, yet lightly acidic vinegar is the culmination of a centuries old Italian aging process. Its complex flavors and intense aroma evolve from wine grape must, concentrated, fermented and matured in a series of cherry wood casks, making it ideal for enhancing salads, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. You can use a few drops to finish roasted poultry and game, or to produce a reduction glaze for delicately flavored fish dishes. After dinner, drizzle it over your favorite fruit, cheese or even ice cream. It's 100% natural and pressed in very limited quantities from fresh, handpicked, vine-ripened Trebbiano grapes. Get it before it's gone. From Modena District - Trebbiano Grapes. 4% Acidity, 100% Natural, Barrel Aged, Sodium, Cholesterol and GMO Free.

The Best .....

....I have ever purchased. The flavor is fantastic as well as the texture. We love a sweeter balsamic and this one is perfect.

- colleen

favorite vinegar

Thick with the right amount of sweetness yet a bit tart. I'm glad I found this vinegar, I've been using it on my breakfast fresh veggies, I take it to work in a little bottle and always on the salads with olive oil.

- Jose

Tasty, thick and sweet

I like it! Not as delicious as those fancy vingars from the oil and vinegar shops, but very thick and delicious!

- SAM

Thicker than expected

This is a very syrupy, think vinegar which is not what I was hoping for. Also, for how thick it is, the opening is very narrow so it does not come out very easily. It has a very mild flavor, either that or I don't have the patience to make sure I get enough to notice it on my pasta.

- Shanna

AMAZING

Absolutely LOVE this balsamic! It's thicker so it comes out almost like a glaze/reduction and is amazing on everything from salad dressing to a marinade. Thanks for introducing me to such a great product Thrive!

- Deanna

Love this stuff!

We regularly use balsamic vinegar for salads and in marinades. This particular product is thick and has a great flavor. I've reordered it a few times now and definitely recommend. It doesn't just run to the bottom of your bowl.

- Kathryn

thick

the vinegar was very thick, almost like a reduction which is not what I was expecting/wanting upon ordering.

Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar

It is the best! Flavorful, thick, not too acid and delicious. The packing was great too

- Marlene

Very rich

Nice taste although not as flavorful or tart as some. Thick so kind of hard to cook with, a little too sweet.

- Valeria

Heavenly

This is the best balsamic vinegar in the world. Nothing compares. Absolutely amazing!

- Angie

Too sweet and syrupy!

So my first reaction to this balsamic was, "yuck, way too sweet and syrupy!" And I like a sweet balsamic. But the next brand I bought was way too sour, so I started mixing it with this one--which worked great. Slowly my taste buds adapted and now I really like this balsamic. So, it was a learning curve, but we have made our peace. :) I still like mixing it with other balsamics.

Balsamic Vinegar

Delicious on a salad. I like that it is thick because it sticks to the veggies better.

Sweet, creamy

I was very surprised by the texture and flavor. It's thicker and sweeter than what I am used to when it comes to balsamic vinegar. It is delicious. I bought it again. Now, I'm kinda spoiled!

- AMY

the best

I have never had a balsamic vinegar be so thick like this, like a syrup. I love it. It is so much better than any other I have ever had. It is great with a little olive oil on a salad. I even just drizzled some over roasted carrots and YUM!

- Kristy

Thick and rich

I like this on salads or in recipes. Very versatile. Great flavor.

- Julie b

Very. Syrupy.

I love how thick this vinegar is. It is on the sweeter, plummy side, which pairs wonderfully with many salad ingredients.

- Carmen

Best balsamic under $50

I can't believe how good this is for $8!! I've only had one other balsamic I've liked better and it was $50. It has been so nice to have a different taste on my salads. This is definitely going to be a staple in my kitchen!!

- Kevin

Quite Thick for a Vinegar

This is tasty vinegar but it is quite syrupy when you pour it out. The taste is very good and quite sweet. I just don't love the consistency.

- Pam

Restaurant quality vinegar

It's not often I find myself wanting to write in about a product. First off, Thrive is loaded with great natural offerings, so it's not hard to get excited about price and quality.

I'm a fairly discerning person when it comes to vinegar, and this easily the best I've ever had. It's as good as some of the ones I've had at five star restaurants. The flavor is not overpowering. It's subtle, but definitely pure, you can taste the care they put into aging the grapes. Outstanding.

- Martin G.

Very delicious dressing

This is high end balsamic vinegar, aged for years, organic and full of a strong, aromatic flavor. You only need a few drops for this flavor to kick in. I drizzle it over salad and I marinate meat with it to bring out subtle flavors during baking or roasting. The drippings make for a great sauce when the meat is done.

Fancy Stuff

Surprisingly, this is a really good balsamic vinegar. I don't usually get organic vinegars, so I was surprised this one was even better than the vinegar I normally use on my salads. Co-workers have actually been impressed by the packaging and the bottle, and I think they're starting to see my fresh salads as a luxury instead of a diet food. Love this stuff!

Eat Healthy for Less

When our child was born last year, we decided to feed her natural, healthy foods. None of the processed, sugary foods we grew up on.

The taste of Organic cold pressed sesame seed oil is surprisingly light, yet flavorful. We cook with it all the time. Thanks to Thrive, we can use this healthy option more often due to their low prices!
