Why You’ll Love It

Good Catch is a now vegan way to enjoy tastes of the sea. Fish-Free Tuna In Water is made of a protein-rich blend of six legumes including peas, chickpeas, lentils, soy, fava beans, and navy beans, plus added sea algae oil for a boost of omega-3 fatty acids. There are no added spices, so it’s great to use in traditional tuna salad or tuna casseroles.

My boyfriend and I wanted to like this so bad - we tried everything. Mixed it into a tuna salad, still terrible.

Oh god the taste...

Very bad. The taste and smell reminded me of burning rubber. You need to add A LOT of vegan mayo to this, and veggies, to make this edible.

Smells fishy -- which as it turns out, is not a feature I want in vegan tuna. And the texture is mushy and weird. Was about to try and make 'tuna' salad for lunch but this is definitely going into a casserole for dinner instead, where it will not be the star of the show.
