Best sugar substitute - by AlexThese are easily the best sugar substitute available. Does not compromise taste much (unless you overdo the sugar) and even if you add too much, the sweetness is delicious, it isn’t overwhelming like stevia. However, don’t lol it is a powerful taste.
Hmmm - by Victoria PierpointI used to love using this sweetener, but I recently realized it's actually mostly that erythriol stuff not monk fruit. The erythriol is not naturally occurring (derived from corn, usually non-organic), and not good for the gut. I won't be buying anymore.
