Health benefits of Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola

Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola is filled with nutrient-dense ingredients that people know and love. Inside are almonds, honey, maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, coconut oil, cinnamon, as well as a few other ingredients—all of which are natural, gluten free, and dairy-free.

People can also notice that Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola offers fiber, iron, and a bit of calcium in each serving. These nutrients and minerals keep the body in optimal health and help with a variety of vital processes.

Fiber helps to normalize bowel movements and will help the colon stay in its best health possible. Digestive benefits aside, it’s also a great thing to eat if people are looking to lose weight or maintain their weight. Since it gets digested slowly, it leaves people feeling full and satisfied for longer—which leads to less snacking in between meals. Most Americans have difficulty eating their daily recommended value of 20-35 grams per day, so it’s always great to get an extra fiber boost!

A lack of iron in the diet can lead to iron deficiency-related anemia, which can affect both vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Without enough iron in the body, people suffer from fatigue, body weakness, and brittle nails because iron helps with creating healthy red blood cells. When red blood cells are performing their best, that means the body will have to work less to get oxygen delivered to where it needs to be—giving people more energy to go about their day.

Calcium is needed for building and maintaining strong bones, but it also helps the heart, muscles, and nerves to function properly. It’s also important to consume since it helps prevent colon cancer, weight gain, premenstrual depression, and kidney stones.

More about Paleonola

Paleonola dedicates themselves to creating the highest quality, grain-free snacks with all-natural ingredients. As their business continues to grow, they promise to never compromise their quality of food and use only what Mother Nature provides. Additionally, Paleonola believes that “honesty and simplicity are key to meeting the challenges of everyday life”, which is why they crafted a simply delicious snack that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

While most granolas have 90% oats and include ingredients like canola oil, cane sugar, soy lecithin, and other additives—Paleonola is devoted to delivering healthier options that have the look and feel of granola, without the heavy carb load or sugar crash. The nutrient-dense ingredients and healthy fats provide energy that will last throughout the day and allow people to perform better in all aspects of their life.

What to use with Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola

Granola on-the-go or in a morning cereal bowl is always an energizing and filling way to start the day, and Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola certainly packs in the amazing flavors of fresh nuts, warming vanilla, and 100% pure maple syrup. Curious what to try with this tasty granola? The options are truly endless—throw into a parfait with some fresh fruit, mix with chocolatey desserts for a bit of crunch, or add it into a trail mix for some comforting food while hiking. Here are a few favorite ways by Thrive Market that can be used with Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola.

Native Forest Vegan Coconut Milk Powder

For camping trips or busy days jetting around town, this is the best way to make a snack complete. No need to worry about refrigeration or lugging around a liquid that could spill in a pack or purse; instead, have a bit of this coconut milk powder on hand with Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola to make a savory, satisfying snack. Native Forest makes their powder by spray-drying fresh coconut milk and then adding in select plant-based ingredients. This will add ample heart-healthy fats (and no trans fats) into the diet, which makes it as delicious as it is healthy.

Granola Yogurt Tarts

These granola yogurt tarts are oh-so-tasty, but if there’s not a lot of time then Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola will make things a bit easier. Instead of mixing up the walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, coconut, raisins, and hemp seeds, just use seven cups of your ready-to-eat granola. These beautiful treats work wonderfully as healthy desserts or snack, but they’re sweet enough that kids will want to indulge, too.

Grilled Peaches With Yogurt And Granola

For an unexpected sweet treat, fire up the grill and toss on some halved peaches. The heat from the coals will caramelize the sugars in the fruit, giving it a bit of smokiness and leaving them warm and soft like they’ve been plucked from a pie. Creamy yogurt makes them even more decadent, and Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola adds in crunch along with a depth of flavors.

Thrive Market Organic Coconut Chips

Add in a bit of exotic flavor from these sweet and satiating coconut chunks. Made from fresh coconuts, these pieces are slowly dried to absolute perfection and have no mystery additives or excess sugar lurking in them. These morsels are packed with flavor and truly bring a taste of the tropics to Paleonola Maple Pancake Grain Free Granola, along with loads of fiber. Combined, this makes an ideal afternoon snack for adults and kids.

In Love with granola

I can no longer eat grains and was really missing being able to have graonla. I have tried all the flavors while this is my favorite, I love them all...

- Lori

Love.

The Paleonola brand rocks the grain-free granola. I would like to see Thrive carry the bacon variety!

- Angela

Yummy maple Paleo snack

This is great to add to a yogurt parfait in the morning

- Jennifer

Love!

My favorite widely available paleo granola. Pretty low in sugar too!

- Julia

Soooo good!

I looked for a paleo cereal for a long time and thought I'd never eat cereal again. Until I discovered the Paleola products. Maple is my favorite. My husband and i eat it out of the bag for a snack or a dessert as well as with almond milk and berries for breakfast. My only wish is that they would make it with sprouted seeds and nuts - then it would be perfect.

- Pam

Amazingly good despite the very low sugar content

My husband cannot have a lot of sugar, and it has been nearly impossible for me to find any type of granola snack for him that isn't loaded with sugar, or so bland he won't eat it. This stuff is amazing. It's just so delicious and yet only 4 grams of sugar per serving! It's sweet -- but not too sweet -- but not bland -- it's perfect. I am now hooked on it too. A couple handfuls of this delicious treat and any sweet-tooth cravings between meals are cured. It's very fresh, not overly dry or crunchy, has a TON of flavor, and really satisfies you. Try it! You will love it!!

- Catharine

Our favorite paleo granola

I stocked up on this as it is delicious and nice to have on hand for rushed mornings when no time to cook. Our 5 year old likes it for a snack after school too. She asks for it over and over and that is saying something:)

- Rebecca

Love it!

This is my favorite of all their flavors - great as a snack by itself or with some almond milk!

- Kathy

These are awesome

I love paleonola. Used to have to treck to my local whole foods for this so I was stoked to find it available on thrive. Maple pancake the best tasting followed by the original. Made with good quality ingredients

- David

Love it!!

My whole family liked this.

- Brittany

Doesnt taste like pancake or maple.

Plain is more accurate. Hardly any flavor in these. I dont suggest them. They taste fine its not bad, but its not the flavor described, maybe its a bad batch.

- Kayla

Paleonola

So good! And made locally. Nothing else like it on the market. #paleo

- Brian

Great Flavor

Paleonola is a tasty, quality brand. We are very pleased every time.

- Keri

not too sweet

really delicious and nutritious alternative to cereal in the the morning. Husband is on a paleo diet and its something we both enjoy

- grace

Very Good

Very good taste! They did add some sweetner, just enough to make it taste really good (organic honey, and sweetened dried cranberries) but it's 2 grams of fiber, leave it with only 5 grams of carbohydrate. It's delicious and healthy, with almonds and pecans listed as it's first two ingredients. The Maple is my favorite.

- Beverly

Yum!

This is good, a great little treat! My favorite so far of the flavors.

- Jennifer

Great snack

I take this along traveling for work. Makes a great snack for late at night when I don't want to leave my hotel room.

- David

Good

This is a great snack

- Richard

Awesome

This stuff is toooooo good. So tasty, actually better alone without any almond milk.

- Erb

Amazing

I had tried apple pie first and thought that was good...but this is amazing. Perfect anytime food. Even my mother in law who is not grain free loved it and went out and bought some!

- Dani

Yum!

Delicious. Great snack.

- Kristel

Super delish!

Will definitely buy more - wish it was in a bigger bag!

- Veronique

So good!

I love this stuff! It's the same ingredients I would use to make my own at home, but without having to spend the time and effort. It's so yummy and great to eat by itself, topped on my acai bowls, or even as a cereal fix with some homemade almond milk. I also make a dessert replacement with apples and cinnamon sauteed in coconut oil on a pan and add this to it for texture and a crunch. This one is my favorite flavor. I always have it in my cupboard now. The price is also great on Thrive, since it's 10.99 at Whole Foods, making it easier to keep on hand.

- Neeka

Excellent Taste

I have always made my own paleo granola but I decided to try a few bags from this site. This is the first one I opened and I am amazed at how good this tastes! I have been using it as a snack in between meals. Maybe some day I will actually eat it for breakfast with some almond milk. If it lasts that long. Hmmm, maybe I better order another bag!

- Sherri

So good!!

I have made my own homemade paleo-friendly granola at home, which always turns out well but it is time consuming and a weekend project. I bought this flavor (Maple) and the Apple Pie flavor and have to say this one is my favorite of the two, although both are good. I pack these in my lunch (1/4 c serving as recommended on label) and I find it adds the "crunch" in my lunch box that I had been missing, and a bag lasts a long time when I eat the recommended serving size. This is a tasty, affordable, and time-saving alternative to making my own grain-free granola.

- Mandy

Great flavor and texture

Low carb, great flavor, and best of all --- no need to soak in liquid for half an hour to make it chewable! (seriously, some "granola" is so dry and hard I want to soften it first for the sake of my teeth). With Paleonola, I can snack right out of the bag. Will be buying again.

- Tom

Great!

Bought this as a snack item. Hadn't tried it and woke up this morning wondering what to have for breakfast.... Decided to try a small bowl of the Paleonola with some sugar free vanilla almond milk - Fabulous!!!! Finally a Paleo friendly cereal that tastes great! Makes a great little snack too dry. Love it!

- mrsmoma

Great Taste!

Not sticky like a lot of the paleo granolas I've tried. The taste is very good, not too sweet. I loved it! Ordering more right now.

- Julia

Love this

I LOVE Paleonola. It is the perfect cereal fix for me, and a good "transition food" as I work towards a completely unprocessed diet. It tastes fresh, nice and crunchy, with the perfect touch of sweetness. Great with raw milk or yogurt. And the price is cheaper than what I used to pay for it at Whole Foods!

- Stephanie

Delicious

To start, I'm a big Granola fan and never had tried a Paleo product. This is so yummy I grab some to eat just as a snack.

- Nancy

Crave worthy!!

This nut based granola is delis!! You can snack in it or I LOVE to eat with frozen wild blueberries and almond milk. Gives me that crunch fix you crave when you give up grains.

- Melinda

Fantastic Granola

My family and I brought a few varieties of Grain Free Granola with us on a recent backpacking trip and the Maple Pancake was by far everyone's favorite flavor. Even my Dad who doesn't eat Paleo loved it! He didn't even realize that it was grain free! I would highly recommend this product!
