the lemon flavored oil does not have a fishy taste. taking these with fat-soluble supplements for the additional which makes it less of a "chore" to take. I take this on the assumption that fish oil is good for the body. I haven't had had any negative reaction to it but I'm also unable to comment on the personal perceived benefits of the fish oil.
