my ho to non dairy liquid. we have a local company (love milk in San diego!) that i love, but it can be pricey, so i alternate with this. hemp is MUCH more sustainable to produce than almond, because the plant requires less land and water to produce the same amount of beverage product. there's also less waste from hemp than almonds! of you can, replace almond or but based beverages with hemp every once and a while to help grow the market. as price comes down with scale and more hemp producers it will become more affordable!

I personally love hemp milk the most! it's not watery and makes a really good pair with cereal, add to coffee and smoothies.
