Why You’ll Love It

Nighty NIght helps you relax and get a good night’s sleep. We love it both for its wildly intense beauty and for its ability to calm and soothe your nervous system.* When the Spanish missionaries chanced upon it they saw the perfection of the universe reflected in its anatomical structure. The native people of the Americas used this plant for its ability to promote rest and relaxation—something modern people occasionally need help with too. We’ve added other relaxing herbs, like chamomile, linden flower and hops, to create a mellow blend that will help you rest easy. Nighty night is minty, mildly bitter and sweet, with notes of citrus and spice.

Helps me sleep

I think a lot of teas tend to be just marketing about helping you get to sleep, but I did some research into this one before purchasing, and it turns out that the passion flower ingredient has been shown to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. I was sold, and I bought a box. I'm surprised by how well it works. Within 15 minutes of drinking this, I really notice myself feeling a whole lot better and relaxed after a cup. It doesn't necessarily put me to sleep, but I'm always left feeling so relaxed that I'm happy enough to head to bed. This feels like a great addition to my sleepy routine.

it works pretty well

I like it, it works pretty well if you don't mind the taste, add a few more herbs to make it stronger :)

So relaxing

This is the most relaxing tea I have ever had. While I still have a problem staying asleep at night, this at least helps me get to sleep in the first place.

The taste is good, just don't over brew it or it tends to have a little bitterness to it. I love how good this smells and how relaxing one hot cup can be.

Trouble sleeping?

If you have any trouble sleeping at all this naturally caffeine free tea is the answer to your dreams. It is full of natural ingredients that will help you relax and get to sleep. It also helps you stay asleep.

It is a very soothing to. It also has a wonderful flavor.

Strong taste and smell

This is a strong tea that has a bitter edge to it, and a strong scent that wasn't all that herbal to me. It works best when I mix it with ginger tea, and it does relax me enough to get a good night's sleep, but it has such a strong flavor that on its own, it's hard for me to get it all down. I don't want to mix in too much sugar as the whole point of this tea is to have as many natural products as possible. But it might work for others who don't mind the strong flavor and scent.

Gentle sleep inducing tea

I've been under a lot of stress this year, and this tea has helped me on many nights get to sleep. I don't like sleeping pills or anything like that, so I resorted to a natural remedy. I'm not sure if it's the passionflower or the valerian root, but this tea just relaxes your entire body. It feels warm and soothing, and it has a calming effect. It's not the greatest blend of flavors, a little to bitter for me, but some organic honey fixes that no problem.

Works as Promised

I don't usually place much stock in tea claims, but it turns out I might need to rethink that. I've been having a lot of problem sleeping, and after my doctor wanted to prescribe sleeping pills for me, I figured it was serious enough to try natural remedies. I can't believe this tea actually works, though. I start having cups around 8PM, and I'm surprisingly tired by 10PM. It's been causing me to get up and use the bathroom throughout the night because of the water intake, but I'm falling asleep so easily now. It's a lovely trade-off that I'd make any day.

Great product!

I drink this 30 minutes before going to bed and sometimes while I'm in bed reading a book. I makes me very relaxed and I don't ever remember falling asleep. I wake up refreshed and calm. Great product!
