I don't know if we did something wrong but we could not get the starter to achieve the correct consistency. We tried using it and it didn't really do much. Feeding them is hard, I guess. Might try and buy another one because the idea of our own sourdough sounds amazing.

I started baking sourdough bread in January using this starter. It takes some time until you master the whole process, but the bread (only using organic whole wheat flours) comes out beautifully and tastes heavenly. It's much more easier to digest also.
