Why You’ll Love It

The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped menstrual cup that is worn internally and sits low in the vaginal canal, collecting rather than absorbing your menstrual flow. Menstrual cups have existed since the 1930s when women were searching for an alternative to the choices of the time. Yet, its breakthrough into the feminine hygiene industry is much more recent. DivaCup is recommended for women over 30 years old and/or who have delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

Dealing with your monthly cycle can be, well, a bit of a drag. Not only do tampons and pads increase our environmental footprint, but they serve as an added monthly expense, and can contain irritating chemicals and artificial fragrances. Not only is this genius and empowering invention cost effective, clean, and compact, but it empowers women to spend less time making trips to the bathroom and worrying about their cycle, and more time doing the thi

I'm still trying to get the hang of this product. I've had bad leaks on the first heavy days but after day 2-3 it is great. I am wondering if I need a different size.

After having my first child I decided to go ahead and take the leap with menstrual cups. This was such an amazing decision for me. Less waste, less time changing tampons constantly and more confidence with leak protection. It does take getting used to and you have to practice. My opinion though is that it's 100% worth it.

I forgot mine while traveling recently and was reminded again of how much I LOVE this cup. It's so much simpler to put this in in the AM, forget about it *all day*, and just rinse and change it before bed than scrambling all day to remember to carry and change tampons every few hours. (And you can actually put it in *ahead of* your expected period, which is convenient.) There is a small learning curve, but I've never had it leak, and I love mine. Never going back to paper disposables and all that wrapping and mess.

Took me several cycles to get the hang of a cup. What a great alternative to the wastefulness of tampons.

Such a great alternative to tampons and pads - I just empty it in the toilet and reinsert. No issues!

I'm not new to menstrual cups. I've used much wider versions than this. But for some reason the diva cup KILLS ME. Terrible cramps. Trimmed the tip, tried again the next month and still no go. Leakage and pain. :( And no way to return it. :(

Game changer!

This little cup has changed my life for the best. My periods are short but heavy and I was always very worried because of leakage but since I have been using the Diva cup, no leaks! One big bonus: Saving money on pads feels good. I'm pretty sure this little cup has paid itself.
