Dairy-Free Spiced Creamer

Whether you’re a grab-and-go coffee drinker on busy mornings, or enjoy a leisurely cup while easing into your day, this recipe works any day of the week. We used a base of creamy coconut milk and vibrant spices like cinnamon and cardamom to make a dairy-free creamer you’ll always want in the fridge. Once it’s chilled, just add a splash in your Chameleon cold brew for a perked up morning.

Dairy-Free Spiced Creamer

Yield: 2 cups
Active Time: 10 minutes


2 cups Thrive Market Organic Regular Coconut Milk
1 orange rind
2 Thrive Market Organic Cinnamon Sticks
6 whole cloves
3 Thrive Market Organic Whole Peppercorns
2 teaspoons Thrive Market Organic Maple Syrup
¼ teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Ground Allspice
¼ teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Ground Cardamom


Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then turn off heat and steep until cool. Strain; discard solids. Refrigerate until ready to use.
