Shake it up with sparkling water, tart lemon, and a honey-sweetened simple syrup to ace your next healthy happy hour.

For the simple syrup:
1 cup frozen dark cherries, pitted
½ cup water
¼ cup honey
1 scoop (1 teaspoon) Flora Acerola Powder
For the mocktail:
Crushed ice
Juice of 1 lemon
10 ounces sparkling water
Lemon slices, for garnish
Thyme sprigs, for garnish
Make the simple syrup:
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool, then purée in a blender until smooth. Strain and set aside until you’re ready to make the drink.
Make the mocktail:
Pack a glass with ice, then pour in half the lemon juice and half the sparkling water. Add ¼ cup simple syrup and gently stir. Garnish with lemon and thyme. Repeat with the second drink. Cheers!
