Frozen Yogurt Fig and Nut Bark Recipe

We reimagined chocolate bark … without the chocolate! Our lightened-up take uses tart, creamy Greek-style yogurt in place of cocoa. We stirred in a little orange marmalade for bright sweetness that—along with luscious dates—offsets the salty crunch of roasted nuts. The combo of flavors and textures is totally balanced and satisfying.

Frozen Yogurt Fig and Nut Bark Recipe

Yield: about 16 servings
Active Time:


2 cups Plain low-fat Greek-style yogurt
1/3 cup orange jam or fruit spread
1 cup Thrive Market Roasted Mixed Nuts, chopped and divided in half
Zest of 1 orange
6 Thrive Market Black Mission Figs, chopped


Add yogurt, marmalade, and half of the nuts to a bowl and stir to combine. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle the dates and the rest of the nuts over the top. Freeze for two hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
