According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the average American has 29 pesticides present in their bodies since we’re constantly exposed to contaminants and pesticides in our food. Yikes. The good news is that you can reverse the damage of these harmful chemicals, and the easiest way to do that is by eating a mostly organic diet.
