Mango Lassi Recipe

Have you met the new dairy-free milk alternative on the block? Hello, pea milk! Each serving delivers 8 grams of plant-based protein, plus calcium and iron. When blended with sweet honey, ripe mango, and ground cardamom, it transforms into an frothy lassi, a popular Indian drink.

Mango Lassi

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 5 minutes


1 (8-ounce) carton Ripple Plant Protein Pea Milk
1 teaspoon honey
¾ cup fresh ripe mango, chopped
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ cup ice


Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
