Pomegranate-Collagen Drink Recipe

If collagen isn’t already a go-to ingredient in your kitchen, here’s an easy way to give it a try! Collagen production naturally declines as we age, but adding a spoonful of Collagen+C Pomegranate Liquid to your favorite beverages may provide added benefits like better sleep and improved digestion. For sweetness (and a beautiful pink hue), reach for pomegranates, a fruit known for containing lots of antioxidants that may help fight free radical damage. This is one refreshing way to stay cool on a hot summer day!

Pomegranate-Collagen Drink

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Collagen+C Pomegranate Liquid
½ cup pomegranate juice
2 thin slices of orange
2 strawberries, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
½ cup sparkling water

Instructions

Fill a large glass with ice and pour in collagen liquid and pomegranate juice. Add orange, strawberry slices, and pomegranate seeds. Top with sparkling water.
