If you’re looking to make a wellness tonic on repeat all winter, grab your favorite seasonal citrus and get juicing. In this episode of Prep School, Megan Mitchell is showing you one of her favorite versions featuring golden turmeric and a kick from cayenne pepper.
Yield: 1 ½ to 2 cups
Active time: 10 minutes
4 lemons, juiced
3 navel oranges, juiced
2 ruby red grapefruits, juiced
1 (3-inch) piece ginger, peeled and finely grated
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Cayenne Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher or liquid measuring cup; whisk. Keep covered and refrigerate up to 1 week. Drink ¼ to ½ cup daily, or as needed.
