It starts with lemony Earl Grey steeped with cardamom, then swirled with creamy coconut milk and a scoop of turmeric- and cardamom-flavored collagen powder. 1 ½ cups water
1 bag Earl Grey tea
1 cardamom pod, crushed
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 scoop Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel, Golden Turmeric
Ice, for serving
Boil water in a small saucepan. Off heat, add the tea bag and cardamom pod; steep 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and add the coconut milk, honey, and collagen; stir until collagen has dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely. Pour over a glass of ice or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to drink.
