Wednesday, April 8

Shipping Delays
We’re still experiencing high order volumes but have made significant progress. Orders being sent to the East Coast are shipping within two weeks of the date they were placed and orders bound for the West Coast are now shipping within one week.

Tuesday, March 31

Shipping Delays
Due to extremely high volumes, we currently expect orders to ship 1-2 weeks from the date they were placed. We are seeing more orders from the East Coast, and expect those to ship closer to the end of that window (9- to 13-day ship delay), whereas the West Coast is shipping slightly faster at this time (7- to 9-day ship delay).

Monday, March 30

Shipping Delays
Order volumes remain exceptionally high. We continue to build additional capacity at our warehouses as quickly as we safely can, but we expect orders placed today will ship in 1-2 weeks. Transit times from our fulfillment centers to your door are consistent at 1-3 days, depending on destination.

Thursday, March 26

Reduced Store Hours
To give our team time to restock and process each day’s orders during this period of unprecedented demand, we are limiting our shopping hours temporarily. We’ve created an FAQ post to explain how Store Hours work, why we’re putting them in place, and when we’ll return to our regular 24/7 service (ASAP!).

Shipping Delays
Due to continued high order volumes, orders placed today are still expected to ship within 7-10 days. Transit time is still currently 1-3 days, depending on shipping destination.

Inventory Levels
Typically, we try to stay in stock on as many products as possible across the entire site. Right now, we believe it’s more important to stay in stock (or get back in stock quickly) on the essential staples that members need most. We’re working around the clock with our most dependable suppliers to make that happen, but as a result, you may see reduced inventory levels on some non-essential and non-grocery categories.

Safety Measures
We can’t get orders to you if our warehouses aren’t healthy and safe. That’s why we’re maintaining the most rigorous safety precautions possible across all of our fulfillment centers. We’ve also established a protocol to keep employees and members safe should any fulfillment center Thriver suspect they may have COVID-19.

COVID-19 Relief Fund
Thanks to our members donating at checkout, over the last 10 days we’ve been able to distribute over $110,000 in grocery stipends and free Thrive Market membership to families affected by COVID-19.

Monday, March 23

Shipping Delays
Due to continued high order volumes, we expect orders placed today to ship in 7-10 days. Depending on location, transit times currently range from 1-3 days.

Inventory Levels
We are maintaining reduced inventory levels on some non-essential/non-grocery categories to focus on staying in-stock on essential staples. Product selection in some staples categories may also be reduced so we can prioritize products coming from our most dependable vendors.

Safety Measures
All COVID-19 safety measures remain in place across our fulfillment centers, including mandatory Thriver temperature checks before each shift, enhanced in-shift cleaning protocols, and full facility cleaning between shifts.

COVID-19 Relief Fund
Yesterday, Thrive Market members generously donated over $6,000, which we’re matching dollar for dollar. As a community, we’ve raised more than $48,000 so far and given more than $63,000 in grocery stipends to families in need.
