This festive holiday treat, shared by Cassy Joy Garcia, is as pretty as it is tasty—but don’t let its sophisticated appearance fool you. With only five simple ingredients, it comes together in a snap. Packaged up in a gift bag or box, it makes a lovely DIY gift. Just make sure to make a double batch, because you’re going to want to keep some for yourself.

Cassy Joy Garcia’s Sweet & Salty Chocolate Bark Recipe

Yields: roughly 6 cups of chocolate bark
Active time: 20 minutes
Total time: 1 hour and 20 minutes

Ingredients
2 boxes (about 16 ounces) gluten-free graham crackers
2½ cups dark chocolate
⅓ cup white chocolate
⅓ cup dried, tart cherries
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. While the chocolate is melting, lay the graham crackers out in an even later on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Once melted, spread the dark chocolate over the graham crackers.

Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Once melted, drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate, then drag a toothpick through the chocolate to create a white chocolate swirl.

Spread the dried cherries over top, and finish with an even sprinkle of the flaky sea salt. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. Break into pieces and enjoy immediately or package up to gift.
