Introducing, coffee jellies! These wiggly java bombs bring a little fun to your day, but will still get you caffeinated. Enjoy them in the morning, or impress friends as an after-dinner treat!
Coffee Jelly With Creamer
Yield: 3 to 4 servings

Total Time: 32 minutes
¼ cup tablespoons water
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
4 cups brewed Kicking Horse Kick Ass Ground Coffee
3 tablespoons cane sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (32-ounce) carton Milkadamia Unsweetened Vanilla Macadamia Milk
Place water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the top; let sit.
Heat coffee, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan; stir until sugar is dissolved. Off heat, pour in the gelatin mixture and stir until combined. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and refrigerate until set. Slice into 1-inch cubes and place enough in a glass to fill halfway. Pour macadamia milk over the jellies before serving.
