Just mix with water and oil and this dough is ready to roll. We baked our pie in a sturdy cast-iron pan for a deep-dish feel, topped with classic flavors like tomato sauce, mozzarella, and plenty of fresh basil.

2 tablespoons Thrive Market Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus 1 teaspoon
1 ½ cups Namaste Foods Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1 ¼ cups water
⅔ cup Thrive Market Organic Tomato Sauce
1 (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella
1 cup fresh basil, hand torn
Thrive Market Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pour 2 tablespoons oil into a 12- or 14-inch cast-iron pan and swirl to coat; place into preheated oven.
Add pizza crust mix, 1 teaspoon oil, and water to a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, or until batter is pourable. Remove hot pan from oven and pour in batter. Use the back of a spoon to spread evenly, until it reaches the edge of the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, then remove and top with sauce and fresh mozzarella. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes more, or until cheese is melted. Remove and top with hand-torn basil and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cut into slices and serve.
