3 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Magnesium Powder, Orange
½ cup water
In a small sauce pot, add coconut milk, syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently. Let cool slightly.
In a mug, add magnesium supplement and water. Stir until well blended. Pour steeped coconut milk into mug. Stir and enjoy.
