PB & J Maca Smoothie Bowl Recipe

We’re jamming on this peanut butter and jelly smoothie that’s blended with a superfood boost. New Chapter’s maca powder—which is known for supporting energy—is fermented for easy digestion and mixed with fragrant cardamom. Enjoy it for breakfast or after a tough workout!

PB & J Maca Smoothie Bowl

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 10 minutes


For the smoothie:
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain coconut yogurt
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup rolled oats
1 scoop New Chapter Fermented Maca Booster Powder
2 to 3 tablespoons grape jelly

For the toppings (optional):
Banana slices
Chia seeds
Chopped peanuts
Frozen grapes


Add banana, almond milk, coconut yogurt, peanut butter, oats, and maca powder to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl. Drizzle jelly back and forth over bowl and drag the back of a paring knife blade perpendicular to the jelly, creating a design on top. Sprinkle with toppings, if using.
