This acai bowl is basically a smoothie on steroids.
Packed with flavorful antioxidants and topped with fruit, coconut, and granola, it’s a delicious way to load up on antioxidants.
Yield: 1 large or 2 small servings
Active Time: 5 minutes
1 small banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
3 tablespoons acai powder
2 tablespoons pomegranate powder
2 teaspoons lucuma powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Add the banana, blueberries, acai powder, pomegranate powder, lucuma, and maca to a blender and pour in coconut water and milk. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl and serve with sliced kiwi, coconut, and granola.
