Turmeric Tea Latte Recipe

Potent ginger, black pepper, and turmeric wake you up without caffeine in this new take on the morning latte. Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, it makes use of liver-cleansing dandelion root tea to rejuvenate the whole body. 

Turmeric Tea Latte

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

1 bag roasted dandelion root tea
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Unsweetened almond milk, to taste
Raw honey, to taste

Instructions

Brew a large cup of roasted dandelion root tea. Stir in turmeric, ginger, and black pepper, and let steep 8 to 10 minutes. Lighten with some almond milk and stir in honey, if desired.

    hi, im new to the site and need help. i have been sickly a lot lately. they have had me on all kinds of antibiotics, drs told me the big weight loss im going through is epi and that my sugar levels are off and now have diabetes. im 60 yrs old and generally always ate fatty foods and sugary things. so i've done some serious food changes, and trying silver, apricot seeds and want to also try oil of Oregeno and lots of extra garlic in the meals my daughter will be bringing me. I am still fighting off a upper respiratory infection and am very weak due to being sick for so long and woke up with 2 eye infections this morning. My immune system seems to be absolutely gone now.as continuously get sick. Any ideas to pull myself out of all this soon?
