Coconut Chai Latte With Collagen Recipe

Coconut Chai Latte With Collagen

3 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
2 cups water
2 black tea bags
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon Neocell Super Collagen Powder


Place cinnamon sticks, cardamom, peppercorns, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a medium-sized saucepan along with the water. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let simmer 10 minutes; stir in tea bags and coconut milk. Simmer 10 minutes more.

Strain mixture into a heatproof blender; add honey, ghee, and collagen, and blend on high until well incorporated and frothy. Serve immediately, with a pinch of nutmeg, if desired.
