2 slices sourdough bread
1 to 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Chocolate-hazelnut spread, to taste
1 cup mixed berries (sliced strawberries, blackberries, pitted cherries, raspberries, blueberries)
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush tops and bottoms of bread with oil and grill until golden brown and crunchy, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Spread toast with chocolate-hazelnut spread and top with berries to serve.
