Keto Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe

June 4th, 2019

There are plenty of ways to enjoy coffee while keeping things keto. This easy recipe has only a couple of ingredients and blends up in just a few minutes. A vanilla-flavored keto creamer adds richness (along with emulsified MCT oil) and a diet-friendly sugar substitute makes it perfectly sweet. Spices like nutmeg and anise round everything out in this caffeinated drink. For a faster exit, make it the night before and keep it chilled so it’s ready when you wake up.

Keto Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

1 cup dark roast ground coffee
1 star anise
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 to 2 teaspoons granulated Switch sweetener
Up to ¼ cup Natural Force Keto Coffee Creamer, Vanilla
1 cup ice

Brew coffee, then pour it into a sauce pan; add star anise and nutmeg. Stir in sweetener until dissolved; let cool about 30 minutes, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Fill a glass with ice, then pour coffee on top. Add creamer and gently stir before sipping.
