Paleo Matcha Latte Recipe

Get your matcha fix with this easy, three-ingredient latte. It’s Paleo-friendly, and you can make it vegan by swapping maple syrup in for honey, or keep things keto by using a sugar alternative. Bonus: This recipe is an easy one to memorize so you can enjoy a cozy sip anytime.

Paleo Matcha Latte

Ingredients

1 (13.5-ounce can) Thrive Market Organic Lite Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Honey (optional)
1 heaping teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Ceremonial Matcha Tea

Instructions

Whisk coconut milk and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in a blender and blend until frothy, about 1 minute. Add matcha powder to the bottom of a mug and cover with ¼ cup of the hot milk mixture; whisk to combine. Pour remaining milk over the top and enjoy!
