For the smoothie
1 cup pitaya (aka dragon fruit), peeled and cubed
1 cup Califia Farms Almondmilk, Unsweetened
2 ½ tablespoons Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel, Vanilla Coconut
1 banana, frozen
½ cup grapes, frozen
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth; pour into shallow bowl. Sprinkle with toppings and enjoy immediately.
