Raw Probiotic Chocolate Bar Recipe

This energizing (and raw!) snack will help you refuel thanks to pantry all-stars like cacao powder, almond butter, maple syrup, plus raw probiotic powder for extra digestive support. Our favorite feature? You can whip up the mix in five minutes flat—just freeze and enjoy!To enjoy the full daily probiotic serving size, eat three squares per day.

Raw Probiotic Chocolate Bar

Yield: 1 bar
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes


½ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond butter
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
21 Garden of Life Raw Probiotics for Women capsules
Special equipment: silicone chocolate bar mold


Whisk coconut oil, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and salt in a large bowl. If the coconut oil is still a bit warm, let the mixture cool for a few minutes, whisking occasionally, before adding the probiotic. Pour into a silicone chocolate bar mold; gently tap to remove air bubbles. Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
