Hemp hearts stand in for rolled oats in this inventive morning meal that’s stirred up with pantry staple flavor enhancers like vanilla, turmeric, and honey. Just add your favorite dairy-free beverage and let it work overnight so come morning, you don’t have to.

½ cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, plus more for serving
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup diced pineapple, divided
¼ cup diced mango, divided
½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
Add all ingredients except fruit and sesame seeds to a small bowl; stir well. In another small bowl or mason jar, add 2 tablespoons pineapple and 2 tablespoons mango (reserve the rest for toppings), then spoon the hemp mixture over the fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add remaining fruit on top, plus additional shredded coconut and the black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
