Looking for a new way to use spirulina? This garlicky spread is just the ticket. A thick layer over some lightly toasted baguette alongside herbs and crudité makes a great aperitif, or to use the tapenade to add some oomph to any sandwich.

2 tablespoons Thrive Market Organic Spirulina Powder
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Coconut Amino Sauce
2 teaspoons Thrive Market Organic Ground Ginger
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced or grated
Thrive Market Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Stir together the spirulina, turmeric, tamari, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour in olive oil, mixing to incorporate, until a medium-thick paste is formed and the tapenade reaches the desired texture.
